Obituary: Isabell Clark Meyer, 66, of
Mendon, died Feb 2, 1994 , in the
University of Michigan Hospital. She was
born April 30, 1927, the daughter of
Albert and Grace (Smith) Hermann. She
was married for 35 years to Carl Clark,
who preceded her in death in 1982. On
June 25, 1991 she married Sylvester
"Les" Meyer of Mendon, He survives. Mrs
Meyer lived in the Tecumseh area and
operated Carl's T.V. for many years. She
was a member of St. John's Lutheran
Church, Adrian. Besides her husband, Mrs
meyer is survived by one son, John
(Carol) Clark of Crossville, Tenn.; five
daughters, Mrs Jerry (Diane) Wilson of
Onsted, Mrs Thomas (Brenda) LaBean of
Roscommon, Mrs Ed (linda) Hesselink of
Tecumseh, Mrs Ron (Charlene) Brown of
Onsted, Mrs Garry (Marsha) Guenther of
Brooklyn; three sisters, Velma Dickerson
of Wauseon, Ohio, Irene Morse of Adrian
and Jane Myers of West Unity, Ohio;
three step brothers, Richard, Rosco and
Harlow Ward, both of Adrian; 25 grand
children and 16 great-grand children.
She was preceded in death by three grand
daughters; two brothers, Bill and Ed
Herrmann; and one sister, Dorothy.
Funeral services were Saturday in the
Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh with the
Rev. Daryl Etheridge officiation. Burial
was in Lenawee Hills Memorial Gardens,
Tecumseh.
